Hi Friends
Initially You Need To LogIn To "SYS" User As SYSDBA Mode.Type
"SYS AS SYSDBA" in the userid, It Will Ask For Password,Type the
password which you have entered at the time of installation.
then run the command
ALTER USER SCOTT ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
thats it
Now You Can :Login as scott User
