Project Management experience is a strong plus REQUIRED: • Working knowledge of Mercury Quality Center • Extensive experience testing financial applications, specifically general ledger, cash management, banking and escheat. • Experience testing SAP installations, specifically including the CD, FI, Special Ledger and CO/PA modules. • Participate and add value in all project related meetings from requirements phase through implementation, including all Enterprise Testing and Release coordination meetings, and increase awareness of project testing services in all necessary forums. • Seek to understand from your partners across the organization how you can add value to delivering their overall business objectives and help improve the Project Test Lead roles and responsibilities accordingly. • Seek opportunities to engage Enterprise Quality Management peers to deploy their services in the delivery of projects (Test and Data Automation, Performance Testing, User Centered Design). Skills: • QA/Project management level experience. Definition of integrated test strategies, integrated test cases that trace to project requirements, integrated data definition, facilitation of test results for management team and status reporting during test execution phases of all assigned project engagements. • Project and Testing leadership – Set, communicate and drive execution of project testing direction while applying the tenets of Enterprise Quality Management processes throughout the SDLC • Strong sense of urgency; ability to review facts and escalate issues with recommendations and contingencies to Project Manager. • Adept at developing risk based testing plans. Ability to manage risks/issues effectively in a heavily matrixed environment. • Possess the ability to identify resource needs and independently manage matrix resources to accomplish objectives outlined in test strategy. • Ability to define the testing requirements for large scale strategic, highly integrated projects and be held accountable to communicate project objectives clearly to all involved stakeholders, including project managers, business sponsors and senior leaders. • Ability to influence quality of project delivery based on test approach and application of specialized testing techniques (usability, automation, performance, etc.). • Strong knowledge of QA / testing principles/practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Strong problem solving and decision making skills • Strong communication skills – oral and written – with the ability to tailor communication to specific audience (upward, laterally and at the desk level) • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups • Working knowledge of MS office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) • Working knowledge of Mercury Quality Center • CIGNA Healthcare domain knowledge • Extensive experience testing financial applications, specifically general ledger, cash management, banking and escheat. • Experience testing SAP installations, specifically including the CD, FI, Special Ledger and CO/PA modules.
