* Thorough knowledge of specific functions such as sourcing, Planning,
Demand Management, ECM, PLS, Quality, etc.
* Strong written/verbal comm skills,
* Identify and resolve issues in a team environment.,
* Understands & applies knowledge of the complexities and interdependencies
of business processes.,
* Partners closely with business owners, Understanding of Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Working with the business to determine
overall solution design,
* Experience in working with SME and re-engineering business process
