Development experience in MOSS 2007 (SharePoint) preferred. The primary role of the developer is to develop solutions in SharePoint using XSL(-T), CSS, HTML and ASP.NET and C#. This role also has responsibility for ensuring how projects are developed and what approach is taken based on Monsanto Standards (SharePoint, .NET, Web, Usability). This role works very closely with the BA to ensure that all requirements are being met and will work with Quality Assurance (QA) to make sure that a quality product is delivered for projects that need extra QA above what the BA will provide. This role may also work on the estimation process for projects along with the BA.
