Title: SAP CRM Functional Lead Duration: 1 month+ Location: San Diego, CA Profile details: Must have significant (2-3 full cycle implementations) experience with SAP CRM 5.0 and 7.0 versions (preferred) Experienced in Sales and Marketing Module of SAP CRM - specifically areas of Master Data Setup - BP. Org Str., Products, Ibase; Txn. Setup - Setup of opportunities, activities, credit memo; Campaign Mgt, Pricing Ability to lead configuration activities on SAP CRM 7 platform (in addition to CRM 5.0) CRM Upgrade to v7 experience preferred Proven experience in creating Solution Architecture maps, Business Process Documents, Gap Analysis Sufficient Functional knowledge in SAP CRM technical architecture to test conversion programs and validate conversion loads. Role Description: Responsible for troubleshooting issues in the SAP CRM system and providing functional expertise to the development team Executing the needed changes in configuration. Writing functional specifications for the new requirements. Test Data Creation and Testing of the new requirements. Carrying out Functional regression testing Interaction with the Sempra IT and business users for support/new requirements.
