*Location:* Cranbury, NJ *Duration:* 6 Months *Rate:* Open *Client: "Key Food"* *Description:* * Fast growing consulting client has new opening for a JD Edwards/Enterprise One CNC. * Must have JDE experience with World, OneWorld and Enterprise One, current versions 8.11/8.12. *Responsibilities:* * Ensure the success of clients through direct ownership of a Client account. * Build a long-term service relationship that will drive client loyalty and fuel growth opportunities. * Manage Client account relationships and successfully fulfill commitments on service level agreements. * Assist Clients with the optimum utilization of their JDE application through best practices implementation advice. * Provide technical guidance for JDE architecture design and application configuration. * Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients seeking a successful deployment of JD Edwards applications. * Understand customer business requirements, in order to provide expert analysis and recommendations for a successful product implementation. * Partner with 3rd party solution providers to solve the perpetual conundrum of software licensees trying to manage product issues, application integration, implementation, and inter-operability issues across database platforms and operating systems. * Solve complex customer issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies based on expert knowledge of JDE applications. * Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity. * Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations. * Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client interaction experience with Rimini Street. *Other Responsibilities:* * Develop and support application software in a JD Edwards Enterprise One 8.12 environment using Development Tools 8.97. * Creates technical specifications for applications to meet business requirements. * Test all modules to ensure quality.
