*We have an Urgent requirement for SAP Time Management Consultant* * * *Duration: 6 months * * * *Location: St. Louis, MO* * * *Role/Responsibilities include:* - Perform configuration of business requirements in the SAP HCM Time Management Module - Gather and analyze business requirements - Support clients in defining SAP HR business processes - Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers - Responsible for creating Function Design Documents based on the Use Case Documents recreating by the Business Analyst - Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills - Perform post go-live production support activities - Document business requirements and procedures * * *Required Skills/Experience:* - More than 8 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management - Hands-on configuration experience in SAP HCM Time Management and other integrated components. - SAP 2004 or higher preferred *5 to 7 years experience implementing:* * * 1. Work schedules 2. Holiday Calendars 3. Plant Calendars 4. Schemas 5. Custom Rules 6. Custom Operations 7. Leave Requests 8. CATS 9. eCATS 10.
