Location : Akron, OH The Solution Manager Project needs consulting resources to provide consultation and knowledge transfer to the project team. There are three main areas of support and knowledge transfer: Strong Solution Manager 7.0 experience. System Landscape and SLD planning knowledge. EHP1 implementation experience a plus. Basic BI configuration knowledge. E2E Root Cause Analysis. Understanding of SMD Agent deployment to both UNIX and Windows based systems. Service Desk experience. Centralized Monitoring. WILY MOM configuration experience. SAP Custom Development Management Cockpit (CDMC) FUNCTIONAL ? Setup Work Center for the FE required functionality ? Provide expertise in setting up SAP Engagement and Service Delivery to allow FE to: - Document and manage Issue/Top Issues/Tasks per Solution. - Document and manage SAP Delivered Services - Document and manage Self-Services - Manage Early Watch Alerts - Create and manage Reports ? Provide expertise in setting up Incident Management for FE to manage OSS Messages and OSS ID Connectivity - Ability to pull in all FE OSS Messages with the appropriate Message creator to manage OSS message to ensure problems resolution - Ability to maintain Remote Supportability with SAP - Create and manage Reports ? Provide expertise in setting up Custom Development Management Cockpit (CDMC) to allow FE to manage FE customer changes to support EhP/SPS/ Upgrade projects by determining what custom changes will be impacted by SAP changes. ? Provide basic understand of Implementation/Upgrade functionality to support CDMC, Issue Management, etc. SECURITY ? Basic Solution Manager Security configuration knowledge. ? WorkCenter setup including user authorization knowledge. ?
