*Must be GC or Citizen and must have 1 year health care experience * *We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler (Data Architect) to provide consulting level expertise regarding development and maintenance of data models, at the project and enterprise levels. Key Duties: Advises on best practices and strategic direction for data management and helps drive continuous improvements Participate in data analysis and data dictionary and/or metadata management. Develops data model designs that are consistent with Enterprise Architecture and Information Architecture roadmaps and that promote extensibility and usability throughout the organization and its external partners and customers. Ensures data sources are accurate, complete and used for intended purpose. Provide guidance and leadership to Healthcare data standards implementation. Perform management oversight on all proposed data changes to information systems to determine impact on corporate data. Required Skills: 8+ years of technical experience with hands on experience with relational data modeling (Conceptual, Logical and Physical) required, Erwin and / or System Architect preferred. 2+ years experiences with ERWIN, CA All-Fusion, preferably including Model Mart. Solid understanding and experience with Data Management and Metadata Management processes and principles are critical. Strong project skills with the proven ability to interface with business users. Experience with Master Data Management and Data Quality desired.
