*Title : JR. J2ee developer - 3+ years experience
Location : Chicago, IL ONLY LOCAL NEEDED
Duration : 4-6 months*
Java EE Developer (mix between 3+ years of experience and 1-2 years
experience)
The Java EE Developer is responsible for developing the Java Server Pages
(JSP), web services, business logic, and data access components as needed
for the IBIS System. These individuals should have experience in building
web-based applications in Java using the Struts framework and the Spring
Framework or comparable Java EE frameworks in a large enterprise development
environment. The candidate will report to a Development Lead and is required
to perform the following activities and tasks:
Build a strong understanding of their functional area and the
functional designs assigned
Develop JSPs, business logic, DAOs (using SQL), and other
components as required
Follow established development and documentation standards
Follow the established configuration management and code build
process
Create and update unit tests using JUnit
Execute Assembly Test
Sīupport System Test and UAT by performing bug fixes and assisting
testers as
needed
Support ongoing development and changes to the application as
required
*Desired Skills:* Java EE, SQL, Spring and Spring Batch, Struts, WebSphere,
Rational Toolset (ClearCase, ClearQuest, Rational Application Developer)
