Travel expenses to be reimbursed only when travel requested to Smithfield, VA.* 100% Project related activities including requirements gathering, design, development / configuration, testing, implementation and go-live stabilization. *Specialized/Practical Knowledge:* The successful candidate will need 3-5 years of FI relevant project and/or support experience. Areas of understanding to include AR, AP, general ledger and FI-related organization structure. Also - this candidate needs to have a working knowledge of HCM HR integration. . Candidate should also have strong business process knowledge along with techno-functional skills surrounding the above areas. Industry experience in consumer goods manufacturing would be beneficial but not required. *Interaction:* The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in the English language. This position requires the ability to develop successful business and customer relationships, understand customer business processes, and provide solutions to business requirements. Candidate should also have good client facing skills to help drive out the solutions, especially those that may not be the best solution. *Complexity/Problem Solving:* The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires candidate to develop SAP FICO solutions for moderate to complex business requirements. This may include researching possible solutions, and configuring and testing various options in SAP before proposing a solution.
