*General Requirements:*

·         Be an IT liaison to the service management business group in the
Service management area.

·         *Minimum of 4-5 full lifecycle implementation in SAP Service
environments as a team lead (SAP-ERP and SAP-CRM).*

·         Extensive Service business process knowledge (High-Tech industry
experience preferred) a must

·         Ability to independently conduct business workshop in front of a
large business group.

·         Ability to lead and manage mid-size to large teams (6 – 10+)

·         Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

*SAP ERP/CRM Knowledge:*



·         Ability to configure and demonstrate a proof of concept to the
business user.

·         *Knowledge of CRM-CIC is a must.*

·         Knowledge in the business process areas like Customer Self help,
Call intake management, Call screening management, Service scheduling &
dispatch, Field service execution and operational reporting is required.

·         Knowledge about CRM contract management is a must.

·         Integration knowledge with ERP SD, FI and MM process area is
required.

·         Knowledge about Usage Based Billing (UBB) and milestone billing is
a must.

·         *Deep understanding of SAP-CRM and SAP-ERP integration in service
related processes.*



*· Nice to Have:*



·         Knowledge about Leasing, rental agreements

·         Knowledge about High deal (SAP partner product)

·         Knowledge about Clicksoft (SAP partner product)

·         Knowledge about Service product configuration
