This person will oversee a team of offshore resources (3-5 off shore resources) who handle the day to day support of the application that includes: § Changes to reports, deployments, changes to the locations webpages, audit and compliance tasks, off hours support. § The payrule changes are primarily handled by the individual locations. Qualified candidates must have prior PM experience (certification not necessary), § Prior experience directing a team, technical knowledge in the following: Linux, Java, SQL, weblogic, Workbrain time and attendance (Client is using v.6.1 but that is not deal breaker-any version will do). § Detailed knowledge of time and attendance business processes and how the application interfaces with HR/general ledger/etc. § This position functions as the technical SME for Workbrain. § They will work hand in hand with the functional team who has the primary interface with the business units using the application. § Travel is not anticipated. § If they don’t have workbrain that Kronos can be considered.
