*Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst * *Project duration: Long Term*
*Location – New York City* The *Business Analyst/Data Analyst* is responsible for analyzing the requirements and requests of the business, operations and other users of IT services, including the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) exercises. This role acts as the contact for the business divisions and technology solution providers for all aspects of solution identification. · Creates business, functional, and technical documentation to enable development effort. Manages communications with the stakeholders to ensure consistent message. · Requires an excellent understanding and experience in *Client Reference Data*. *SQL* and data profiling skill is a must. Experience with Client Onboarding platforms & processes is a plus. Good understanding of support processes and infrastructure requirements. Experience with workflow applications and integration of platforms is a plus. Experience managing diverse group of stakeholders, including business, operations and technology at different levels of the organization. · Candidate will be part of Unified Party Onboarding program specifically focusing on client reference data need for Uncleared Margining project. The objective of the Uncleared Margining project is to comply with the rules that implement the US *Dodd-Frank* Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (“Dodd-Frank”) and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (“*EMIR*”), in a way that maintains the competitive position of the Bank in relation to its peers. Tasks / Responsibilities: Business/Data Analysis: · Analyzes requirements · Constructing workflow charts and diagrams · Studying system capabilities · Writing specifications - BRD and FSD.
