The UMMS IT Department is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft developer to assist with a variety of time sensitive deployments for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions projects. The right candidate will be proficient with the following essential tools and competencies: • Designer Tools – Application Designer, PeopleCode • Data Management Tools – Application Engine, Data Mover • Reporting Tools – SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query • Integration Tools – Component Interface, Integration Broker • Change Assistant – Applying bundles, patches & fixes • Complete Understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience plus a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated progressive experience in technical analysis and design using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions are required. A team-focused, client satisfaction-driven individual is the ideal candidate. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work directly with the client, as well as with all IT departments. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, provide technical consulting on complex projects, have experience in formal quality review processes, and ensure quality control through testing and debugging software.
