*Duration:* 6+ Months *Job Description:* • Minimum 8 Plus years of experience in designing and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica for high volume complex environments. • Experience in Data Warehouse Design dimensional data modeling concepts. • Strong experience in Informatica Power Center 8 or higher. • Extensive experience in large scale enterprise data warehouse projects best practices • Experience with performance tuning Informatica mappings and sessions • Ability to translate business requirement into technical solutions with strong collaboration and JAD sessions. • Experience with data analysis and data architecture using Ralph Kimball Star and star flake Schema methodologies. • Possess high-level skills with tools and products used in data warehouse development, such as Erwin and Informatica. • Strong SQL and PL-SQL skills are highly essential. • Experience with ETL operations across various database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server MySQL) • Experience documenting jobs that have been created • Understand and follow ETL best practices, standards and procedure • An understanding of SSIS packages. • Experience in data migration and conversion projects • Work experience in Oracle MySQL database schemas • Analyzing data requirements received from the Business/IT Units and preparing technical design documents for data warehouse and ETL • Design and review logical, physical ER models and develop dimensional models • Builds ETL components according to ETL specifications. In addition to code function, developers must address performance, dependency, restart-ability, auditing, error handling, etc. • Test functioning of ETL against specifications. Requires exercise of all possible code branches, stressing ETL with poor quality data, testing environmental risk. • Tests user-interfaces to ensure that data meets user expectations.
