*Location: Bloomington, IL * *Duration: Long Term* *Rate: 50/hr on C2C* *Interview: Skype* Primary responsibilities would be to assist efforts in the *Business of Systems (BoS) space* with *Application Architecture*, *Data Architecture*, and *Technical Architecture*. An *Application Development *background is desired. *Primary duties are in the Application Architecture space. *- Conduct High level analysis and layered design to determine what functionalities will be partitioned into different services for building and supporting solutions. - Define the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional coverage. - Create sets of artifacts to support design decisions including Architecture Decision Documents as needed. *Desired skills include:* - Experienced Web Analyst with design experience and/or application architecture skills - Ability to discuss design options with teams to determine best option - Ability speak with business and technical groups to understand requirements and translate to architecture design - Understand enterprise direction regarding architecture and translate to the business problem to be solved - Ability to navigate the organization - Ability to work in a team environment and communicate A background in distributed systems application development is required.
