Lead designer and architect for a cellphone/handheld-based game using
Objective-C, C++, CoCos2d  and HTML5.  The game is competition-based
between different schools and conferences, including current rivalries and
upcoming competitions between schools and global/local advertising.
Research indicated the the primary hand-held for the target audience was
iOS-based, and recent development efforts have been to bring the game to
the Android environment.  Responsibilities included designing and
implementing a two-tier architecture for the actual game play (handheld
device) and a centralized data repository (database for storing
user/administrator information, school/conference data, statistics, etc.).
Responsible for creative input and design for all game aspects, including
specialized tokens used during game play, advanced mathematical structures
for trajectory prediction, etc.



Highlights:

Xcode Development Environment for iOS devices

Objective-C/C++, OpenGL, and OpenGL Shader Languages

Integration with Flurry Analytics (http://www.flurry.com)

Integration with Flurry Advertising (“Flurry for Publishers”), both banner
and interstitial advertising (http://www.flurry.com)

Managed part-time assistant developer in China for 9 months (contract
allowed to expire when she was no longer needed, as she was only brought on
to handle ancillary tasks)

Designed and implemented all graphics interfaces, animations, and
presentations for game interface

Managed and implemented all distributions to internal testers of all
development and QA builds

Managed and implemented all distributions to Apple's AppStore for Release
builds

Currently building for Android devices and distribution through Play Store

Provided technical and artistic design input for all phases of development
