Introduce users to the new software release environment, both formally and informally. Train end users who show interest in using Subversion, build consensus, drive usage organically. Move into automation phase. IDEAL BACKGROUND Significant experience with Subversion (SVN) software tool required. Someone who is solution driven, with a strong customer focus, who likes to help others, and can take direction, even from non-technical, business users on occasion. Experience as an evangelist in matrixed IT and business environments with a need for early adopters. Experience defining and documenting a continuous integration or configuration management environment, with Subversion as key component. Thanks & Regards..
