*Job Description:* seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst with solid Oracle & Linux knowledge for a position in Columbus, Ohio. This is a shared services role that will be responsible for supporting the applications of multiple BSAs. This includes non-production request fulfillment, incident management, code migration, problem management, schedule adherence, technical writing and communication across multiple services and applications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Batch Application Support role who can work by themselves under high pressure. Candidates must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills as well as being a quick learner. Due to the breadth of applications supported, the ability to retain information and the drive to learn on your own is required. This position is for Thursday through Monday, 7am - 3:30pm.
