Experience in data visualization is a plus
Experience with Agile Methodologies
You can think on your feet and adapt well to a quickly changing
environment
Ability to handle multiple timelines and switch between tasks
quickly to manage competing priorities
Keen ability to consider and incorporate feedback
Passionate and committed with strong sense of ownership and
craftsmanship
Strong understanding of HTML semantics, accessibility compliance,
and industry standards for global enterprise web-based applications.
*Responsibilities: *
Create sophisticated and highly detailed data visualizations using
Adobe Suites
Take direction from lead Sr. UX/UI Designer to create functional
prototypes using Axure or other prototyping tools
Develop high-quality specs to walk through with designated developer
and QA
Document designs and share with ADP design community
Ideate with Sr. UX/UI Designer on broader concepts and projects
Serve as a visual QA resource during Sprints
Review coded designs and communicate necessary feedback to Dev team
Leverage the latest designs methodology and patterns in UX/UI
community
Revise and update designs and documentation based on continued user
testing and feedback
