Candidates must have strong communication skills and experience working with end-users for design enhancements. In addition, this is a LEAD role: the Developer will be mentoring a junior Programmer *** In this role the selected individual will interact with customers in refining requirements, producing technical designs, resolving problems and managing support issues. The resource will work within a small team to support large-scale production issues, enhance existing code/develop new code and test production fixes.
