The position provides auditing and compliance expertise to a broad range of information risk management topics. · Lead efforts to establish and maintain SOX IT control framework, analyze current controls and suggest improvement of identified process inefficiencies · Coordinate with Controllership SOX PMO on SOX IT activities including but not limited to controllership walkthrough, control deficiencies evaluation, and segregation of duties review · Coordinate internal and external auditing activities · Work closely with System Managers to determine impact and status of open deficiencies and lead remedial action plans · Perform timely review periodic maintenance work papers and other documentation · Conduct training and awareness of Client IT system key controls framework of policies, procedures, standards and guidelines · Act as the business process owner and lead projects related to Oracle Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) tool · Participate in IT project risk assessment reviews to support development of new and/or modification of existing application · Provide oversight over system life cycle process assurance for non-GxP systems · Act as the delivery lead for SOX IT projects · Act as the IT Quality role for all non-GxP systems and compliance effort including but not limited to change request evaluation and review, documentation review, and periodic review · Establish and maintain IT risk framework · Support operational controls for new and emerging areas of risk Specific Education and Experience Requirements Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems management, finance or accounting. Certification highly desired (CISA, CISM, CISSP).
