The interview will be on SQL queries/joins etc. in depth knowledge is required Skills • Advanced SQL is a requirement not optional. • need to be able to read COBOL - not a development role • Ability to trouble shoot issues digging into code and performing investigations in a logical manner. • Will be part of the 24 x 7 on call rotation (about once every 6 weeks). • Proficient in MS office suite. • This role will be to support the application operational and production support needs of the Cigna Supplemental Benefits line of business. Including the LifePro product and peripheral applications required by the business. The candidate will need to have a diverse technical back ground with the ability to write advanced SQL, read COBOL and troubleshoot independently as well as with a team. This is an operational role and does include code level triage but is not a part of the delivery cycle. • Experience with Connect Direct, moveIT, web portals, LifePro, SQL server, SSRS, SSIS, DBA skills, Istream, OnBase and ESP are preferable. • The role has the need to be able to speak to clients internal and external without confusion.
