*Position: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Job Description:* *Key Accountabilities* • Provide Oracle HCM functional expertise by taking a key role in designing, implementing and extending the applications use. • Identify, suggest and implement improvements to current business processes by leveraging functionality within and external to Oracle HCM. • Take the lead in functional design, documentation and configuration for various large and small scale projects and initiatives based around our existing global R12 Oracle HCM Implementation primarily across the following modules Core HR, OAB, SSHR (ESS, MSS) • Communicating with our global user community from board to junior level • Work closely with technical members of the team to drive through solutions to completion. *Skills* • Oracle HCM Functional Analysis and configuration in a Global R12 environment • Have performed a hands ‘on lead functional role across multiple modules on at least 2 implementations for multiple countries including such set-up as Business Groups, Flex fields, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle standard Benefits, Employee Self Service personalization’s and extensions. • Familiar with at least one Oracle methodology (AIM or OUM). • Familiar with Oracle eBusiness and Fusion (coexistence) model is a plus • Possess a good understanding of the underlying database structures of the Oracle eBusiness suite. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Client focused approach to work • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. *Praveen TiwariUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
