They will be responsible for ensuring the online process library is established and populated with relevant documents and tools. Its ease of use must be ensured. Should be able to review and evaluate the usefulness of tools to the program in areas like change management. Individual should be comfortable operating in a large diverse organization as the ability to network across different departments and regions will be vital for success. Good communication skills are required to both gather and interpret information, coupled with the ability to relay it back to different levels of audience.
