Job Title: Avaya with Cloud, SIP, VMWare, and IP technologies required Consultant Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6-12 months Contract Required Experience Proven ability to interact with customers and key stakeholders at a variety of levels in the design and development of fully integrated solutions including translation of business needs into technical system solutions. In-depth understanding of Avaya with Cloud, SIP, VMWare, and IP technologies required. In-depth understanding and experience of Contact Center systems required. Advanced routing, Cloud Technology, IVRs, Load Balancers, CTI, multimedia and all Contact Center applications a must. In-depth understanding of Unified Communications In-depth understanding and experience of large Enterprise infrastructures set-ups, strategies and architecture. Required Avaya Certifications - APDS Unified Communications, APDS – Contact Center and APDS – Networking as a minimum.
