*Sr. Data Analyst/ETL Developer* This position works closely with Business Intelligence Architects, developers and functional teams and the role will have the opportunity to assist with and validate the solution design and the production of all design phase deliverables. The Senior ETL Developer will design, develop, implement and support enterprise initiatives around building a data and reporting infrastructure. The role will lead efforts to consolidate disparate data sources through implementation of an efficient and optimized ETL strategy.
Reporting directly to the BI lead. *Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality and completeness - Work with various teams to analyze data in the data warehouse, data mart or operational systems · Contributor in the creation of a robust Business Intelligence environment that allows business customers to view and manipulate datasets on their own Inform data and project sponsors of vision and progress · Work with business users to translate requirements into system flows, data flows, data mappings etc., and develop solutions to complex business problems. · Responsible for the transforming, moving, storing , delivering all data within the Enterprise · Responsible for designing and setting up ETL processes to and from a High volume data warehouse · Responsible for Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and ingest of High Volume Data Loads. *In addition this role will, entail the following:* · Experience with Big Data and/or Column-Oriented Databases. · Prior experience with MySQL · Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem a plus · Experience with Splunk · Strong working experience with the SDLC processes Working in an Agile environment following a structured build and publishing process - Design, Develop, Test, Implement and troubleshoot ETL mappings and workflows in a large Data Warehouse environment · A solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases, and data warehousing · Good understanding of dimensional modeling and ETL designs for loading Star Schemas - Strong database experience, data analysis and analytical skills · Experience with data visualization technologies like Tableau, QiikView · Experience with Enterprise Data Integration Products like Pentaho, Tallend a plus. · Demonstrated knowledge of current technology trends and their application(s). · Experience using Linux · Data modeling with ERWIN a plus · Video Game/MMO publishing experience is desired, though we'll happily welcome fully qualified professionals from outside the industry -- Thanks & Regards *Kumar* VBeyond Corporation divyan...@vbeyond.com *Phone*: 908-988-0328 *Ext*: 303 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
