*Position : Java Support Analyst * *Location : Cincinnati, OH Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype * *Job Description:* · This associate will be responsible for monitoring and resolving all Research Enterprise Enablement requests encompassing all major Research Enterprise Enablement service lines which include several internal R&D created Java applications. · This associate will also assist teammates with 3rd level support tickets, be assigned to take lead on one or more service lines and take an active role in assisting with projects to meet assigned deadlines. · He or she will be working closely with the Research Enterprise Enablement Developers to help install/update new or existing technologies and ensure release to production standards are followed under the mentorship of more senior teammates. *Current tools and technologies include:* Infra, Jira, additional troubleshooting tools *Job Responsibilities* · Maintain daytime support for the REE Team · Partner closely with the Client Support Center to identify improvement areas · Participate in the design and implementation of large and/or architecturally significant applications. · Champion company standards and best practices. Work to continuously improve software delivery processes and practices. · Build partnerships across the application, business and infrastructure teams. · Develop programming specifications.
