FTTH/PON (Fiber to the Home/Passive Optical Networks) System Test Engineer.


Someone who has experience with these types of systems.  This is an absolute
requirement for now.

Typically, a PON system consists of a transmitter unit, optical splitters
and ONU’s (customer premise gear, similar to a cable modem, but for PON).
Background can be anything, as long as they have done it before.  Someone
who has experience testing this gear, writing test plans, and would also be
familiar with the test equipment required for these types of networks.
