This position reports to a Manager, IT-Enrollment. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a degree. Must have a minimum of five years of professional experience in programming/analysis and/or directly related areas required. Must have at least one of the following technical competencies: C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SSIS, SQL Coding, MS SQL Server, BizTalk, TFS, BOE, Java Scripts, HTML, Active Directory (AD), Share Point, Siebel (including EIM), XML. Requires knowledge of advanced technology, business applications, the development process and systems design in such areas as multi-processing and multi-programming, terminal oriented and communication based systems, languages, etc. *ACCOUNTABILITIES:* Designs, codes, tests, maintains, trouble shoots, documents, trains, and leads projects on new or existing enrollment integrated information systems with minimal supervision at various levels of complexity to maintain quality enterprise business solutions of application and technical architectures across multiple systems, sub-systems, or platforms within area of responsibility with a working knowledge of interface systems.
