*Position: * *QA Tester * *Location : Dayton, OH Duration: 6+ Months with possibility to extend* *Interview Mode: **Phone / Skype * * GC , USC * *Job Requirement* · Supporting Finance and Risk Management & reporting applications, Healthcare · Software testing, requirements analysis, and SQL Query · Design, code, test, and analyst software programs · Mentor and help architect system design through coordination with the business and IT including researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specification throughout the product lifecycle · Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required · Mentor other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications · Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects · Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications · Research and document requirements of software users · Assist and contribute to the Architectural Council on all software solutions designed or purchased at CareSource · Assist PM/SQA and other groups coordinate developers and projects to completion · Clarify and drive team goals on a technical level making sure that the solutions proposed and designed are in line with the department and CareSource vision · Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts · Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades · Assist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategy · Assist management with resource and release planning · Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications · Define architecture and design for enterprise applications · Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas · Lead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with the developer teams as needed · Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines · Assist in software deployment as required based on build specification · Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems · Manage and/or provide guidance to junior and mid-level software developers and research assistants · Perform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology is being adhered to · Perform any other job related instructions, as requested *Job Requirement* · Minimum of three (3) years of experience in application quality assurance required · Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the administration of a quality assurance program required · Experience with Test Complete or other automated testing toolset · Scripting or programming experience · *SQL Server or Oracle experience* · Strong knowledge of structured query language · Excellent customer service skills · Strong communication skills both written and verbal · Ability to work independently and within a team environment · Critical listening and thinking * Education * · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required Regards *Abhishek Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* *VSG Business Solutions* *221,Cornwell Dr, Bear,DE 19701* *Contact No : 302-261-3207 X 101* *Email :abhis...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <abhis...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com>* *Hangout :abhishek.vsg* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
