**USC/GC candidates do not need to be local** **H1 candidates must be local** *Position : Principal Threat Management Architect* *Location : Southlake, TX* *Duration : 6 months contract* *Rate : $65hr CTC* *GENERAL DESCRIPTION: * The Principal Information Security Architect will play a key role in building out a cyber-security program for Sabre. You will design and implement cutting edge technologies to protect Sabre's Information Assets. You will help build an operational support model for these technologies. You will work with business units across Sabre to help build security into their processes and technologies. You will evangelize security standards and policies and will help businesses understand the value of security. Working in Sabre Information Security will help to develop your technical, business, interpersonal and intercultural skills. We have opportunities to develop technical, leadership, planning and project management skills. * Provides technical security architecture or advanced security engineering services at a system or enterprise level. * Provides security-centric subject matter expertise in operating systems, databases, network devices and application development platforms. * Remains current in leading security technologies and methodologies. * Recognized as an effective collaborator internally and externally (with 3rd party resources or vendors). * Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and is customer service oriented. * Mentors developing team members and assists them in deepening their skills or understanding of relevant issues and data protection options. *EXPERIENCE: * * Minimum 8 years of experience in networking technologies with emphasis on Cisco firewalls and routers, IDS/IPS systems and load balancers etc. * Must have experience in designing, implementing and managing complex networks for large enterprises. * Must have a thorough understanding of security requirements and best practices around network design and implementation. * Must have the ability to oversee large complex implementation projects across multiple business units. * Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills. * Experience with Qualys, Cisco ASA, F5 load balancers, Sourcefire IDS/IPS, McAfee IDS/IPS, McAfee Proxy filters, Radware DDoS, Prolexic DDoS and other related technologies strongly preferred. * Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills required. * Must possess ability to handle multiple project assignments and provide security consulting services to Sabre technology and business units. *SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * * Documentation: Enters, transcribes, records, stores or maintains information in written or electronic form . * Global Regulations: Complies with unique privacy and security regulations of applicable countries; communicates these regulations to others . * IT Security Architecture: Defines security requirements and deliverables; ensures procedures for ongoing support and continuous availability of security services. * IT Security Awareness: Knowledge of security awareness programs to establish and communicate security requirements, responsibilities and policies to employees. * IT Security Policies & Procedures: Documents standards and controls, creates policies, translates into requirements for delivery, collaborates to implement, audits to ensure proper deployment internally and with outsourced/external vendors. * Security Integration: Knowledge of security methods for various systems components, including databases, webs, networks and applications. * Security Systems Practices/Protocols: Develops and implements network security plans, both internally and externally; develops and communicates the practices and protocols to maintain a secure environment. * Security Technologies: Knowledge of security technologies, including access control, encryption, authentication, non-repudiation, security auditing, systems disaster recovery and workplace recovery. *EDUCATION: * * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or other discipline required. * CISSP required. * Additional certifications demonstrating security expertise are strongly preferred. *Thanks and Regards,* *Ishant* Sr. IT Recruiter *Email*: *ish...@technocraftsol.com* <ish...@technocraftsol.com> *Contact*: *(972)2324173 Ext 113* *Yahoo ID / Gmail ID*: *ishant.technocraft* *Website*: www.technocraftsol.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
