TECHNICAL ESSBASE LEAD Location: San Antonio, Texas Duration: 6+ months Rate: $60 hr. Interviewing process: 1st: Will be a phone interview (with her and the lead) - if all goes well a face to face interview will be required at candidates cost - please let them be aware! Notes from hiring manager: This person must have lead a team - Must have experience working with the customer and the team - This will be a 50% functional and 50% technical, so they must have development experience in their background. They must have Essbase, Cognos, and BO - that is a MUST! Any Data Warehouse exp is a HUGE plus! She is requesting SOMEONE with EXCEPTIONAL communication skills (if they don't have SOLID com skills - don't send candidate). This project is already inflight - so they must have a good understanding of coming in and following a roadmap already created. Must have solid experience with Planning/Budgeting. This resource will have STRONG leadership and problem solving skills. Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams within a project delivery environment. Proven ability with project and time management and ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently. MUST have STRONG/SOLID communication skills! Technical experience needed: - 3+ years experience with Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Reports, Essbase Integration Services (EIS), Essbase Administration Services (EAS). - Expert level knowledge and understanding of ESSCMD or MAXL scripts used for automation and partitioning. - Must have 5+ years working within both a Oracle & SQL environment - Must have 2+ years experience with COGNOS BI Suite - 4+ years experience with Business Objects - Any Data Warehouse experience is a HUGE plus!
