Program/Project Coordinator at Atlanta, GA with XML experience

the main purpose or objective of this job.*
This position is a liaison between IT applications, software developers,
business users, partners and customers. The ideal candidate can quickly
learn the capabilities and limitations of custom software applications and
equally quickly understand what the customer really needs from these
programs. The candidate must demonstrate success in managing multiple
complex technology-related projects to a successful conclusion. The
candidate must have hands-on experience writing customer implementation
requirements, take ownership of projects leveraging strong project
management skills and have the ability to collaborate with partners,
customers and internal teams. The candidate must possess impeccable
communication skills, diplomatic interpersonal skills, and have exposure to
technology (SQL, SOAP, xml, web Services, html). You'll be applying these
skills to diagnose tough data related problems for customers, recommend
innovative ways to resolve issues, debug production problems, collect and
document requirements for implementations. The candidate must have strong
organizational skills to be able to multitask effectively and to ensure
proper follow-up with both the customer and other IT team members

Meet with customer to elicit requirements using interviews, document
requirements, implement/configure leveraging internal UI tools, test with
customer, coordinate production turnover.

Support - Critically evaluate issues, decompose high-level information into
details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding,
and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and
deliver artifacts as required.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and solution building
skills
- User interface design principles and general practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
