E-commerce experience is a PLUS.* *Senior Designer* The Senior Designer is responsible for day-to-day leadership of concept development and implementation. Senior Designers direct, lead and provide mentorship to Designers and Production Designers. Senior Designers work closely with other team members in Creative, Client Service, Strategy, Information Architecture, Writers and Developers to ensure on-brand and technically sound visual design solutions. *Responsibilities:* - Lead concept development for websites, banner ads, prototypes and client presentations under the supervision of Art Directors - Responsible for creative leadership and direction of maintenance-oriented work executed by Designers and Production Designers - Responsible for understanding and assisting in the development of the architectural and navigational considerations of the concepts and clearly communicate this to others - Responsible for overall creative conceptualization and design direction including establishing a design framework, grid development and overall design rules - Responsible for adhering to delivery schedule coordinated with project managers - Strong understanding of the limits and constraints of Flash, HTML and DHTML and the ability to apply that knowledge in producing interactive solutions.
