The candidate will be expected to implement web parts into our existing framework using a variety of front end languages and frameworks including CSS3, HTML5, XML, Javascript and jQuery, Bootstrap. The candidate should have hands-on experience with web site design, cascading style sheet design and implementation, as well as HTML programming. The ideal candidate should be experienced in turning wireframes into high fidelity mockups and working/clickable prototypes. The front-end designer (UX Designer) and developer will be responsible for working on a broad range of DOE products, websites, and systems.
