*Position : CCAR Consultant (Project Manager OR similar) * *Duration : Long term ongoing contract * *Location : Wilmington, DE * *Interview mode : Phone then onsite required* *Overall Job Purpose* Support the central point-of-contact for the project teams working on the Project Octon Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) workstream by focusing on specific programs. The CCAR workstream is responsible for implementing processes and systems architecture to enable comprehensive IHC capital adequacy assessments, including process governance and framework design, risk identification and scenario generation, stress testing, capital planning and projection capabilities, aggregation and associated reporting. *Key Job Accountabilities* • Support and manage development of project and process plans for all Regulatory Stress Testing. • Day to day management of Stress testing production processes • Support management information reporting to senior stakeholders; including transparency in status communication and advising on ad-hoc senior stakeholder requests • Facilitate workshops and chair working groups with senior attendees • Ensure neutrality position is maintained to take independent view on status and risk/issue management to bring best solution for the firm • Executable program of delivery based on business strategy • Manage virtuous cycle of process improvements outside of production process, in coordination with long term CCAR capability development • Fulfill program governance requirements including senior stakeholder reporting, program forum management, and administration of key program documents *Risk and Control Objective* Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards. *Basic Qualifications* • 5-7+ years’ experience in credit card, project management or consulting • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline or risk management area (Engineering, Economics, Finance) • Ability to effectively speak for the business and represent the different workstreams. • Willingness to travel to NY as needed Functional knowledge of BBDE Workstreams (Governance, CCAR, Infrastructure/Data, Architecture) • Proven experience working in tandem and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders • Regulatory / Compliance Experience Demonstrated experience managing projects and driving results across matrixed teams under tight deadlines in a Finance, Treasury or Risk Management function. • Extensive experience in successfully delivering end-to-end Project/Program Management, • Experience with financial planning and analysis, bank-related capital concepts and key risks facing large bank holding companies. • Experience managing and influencing multiple parties across various functions and third party vendors. • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, board of directors and Federal Reserve regulators • Strong written and verbal communication skills including senior management communication • Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment • Strong analytical & organizational skills. • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and handle and or prioritize multiple urgent tasks simultaneously across multiple time zones • A team leader with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm *Preferred Qualifications:- *• PMI, PMP, PRINCE 2 or other project management certifications • Six Sigma certification and proven application to projects/program *Thanks and Regards,* *Ishant* Sr. IT Recruiter Technocraft Solutions LLC 3974 Brown Park Drive, Suite F Hilliard, Ohio-43026 *Email*: *ish...@technocraftsol.com <ish...@technocraftsol.com>* *Contact*: *(972)2324173 Ext 113* *Yahoo ID / Gmail ID*: *ishant.technocraft* Technocraft Solutions |*www.technocraftsol.com <http://www.technocraftsol.com/>* |*www.xdimensiontech.com <http://www.xdimensiontech.com/> * *Partner with XDimension Technology* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
