*Position : Casper Deployment Engineer … SCCM a plus* *Location : Wilmington, DE * *Interview mode : Phone then Skype interview * *Duration : Long term ongoing contract* Senior Level candidate that will play a key part in helping the Desktop Operations team manage and maintain the desktop environment. Casper/JAMF knowledge a must. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows • Install software using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Manual installation • Modify Active Directory user accounts • Troubleshoot SCCM agent issues • Troubleshoot WMI issues on Windows XP, Windows 7 • Direct reports in this position are possible • Key relationships with MS Server, MS Engineering and Networking teams as well as internal desktop users. • The need for continuing the contract is based on periodic reviews of the needs of BCUS.
