*Description of Job Description: *
· Implementation of archiving for ECC SAP systems
· Experience in archiving and closing business documents
· Experience in archiving related technical knowledge,
implementation providing conceptual and detailed technical design to
business needs.
· Experience in DaRT or similar to DaRt products from other vendors
· Experience of tools and accelerators implemented in SAP archiving
space from vendors other than SAP is a big plus.
· Multiple SAP instance management using single retention warehouse
· Database growth analysis, knowledge of SAP R/3 Data Archiving
· Ability to drive changes through change management process
· Provide demo and guide users through UAT for both archiving and
reporting.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving
environment·
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
skill·
· Must display professionalism and confidence·
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills·
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills·
· Work with senior team members for assisting with SAP
installations, patches refreshes, backups·
· Trouble-shoot SAP system
· Troubleshooting system performance problems or potential system
installations
· Should have strong knowledge in SAP Data Archiving
· Strong analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and
engaging cross functional teams of multiple process partners to a consensus.
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to meet stringent deadlines; handle multiple tasks
· Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved.
· Must be able to generate and communicate clear business reasons
for implementing technical solutions.
· Solid and detailed understanding of SAP functionality, technology
and integrations.
· Experience in supporting SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO)
· Should have experience in designing the archived data retrieval
strategy
Minimum 2 Archive projects, hands on, covering functional modules: SD, FI,
CO, MM, PM, QM, CA, LIS Structures, and Basis. Should have experience in
working with Third party tools. Should be knowledgeable in retention,
retrieval strategy.
