Looking forward for your response. *Role: Service Now Developer/Admin * *Location: Newark, NJ * *Duration: 12 +Months * *Client: TCS * *Job Description:* Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. • A strong administrative skill on ServiceNow is a mandatory. • Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow. • Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX • Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP email, MID, etc…) • Experience in solving the day to day issues and ability to understand the logs. • Experience customizing and enhance ServiceNow • Experience in creating forms and workflows in ServiceNow. • Strong experience in JavaScript • Good understanding of configuration management and performance analytics in ServiceNow. • Strong administrative skills on ServiceNow • Good experience with developing Service Catalogs. • Good knowledge of ITIL framework. • Experience converting business requirements into technical solutions • Experience configuring and customize all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.) • Experience developing integration components (SSO, LDAP, SSL, etc.) • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.) • Experience working with geographically distributed teams a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
