Needs an Automated Tester with 5-7 years experience, specifically 3-4 years as an Automated Tester. Would like someone who is considered to be more of a Senior/Lead Tester. This team is a mix on onshore and offshore resources 2.Would like for them to have experience in Selenium or UFT (this used to be QTP – Quick Test Pro) 3.BDD (Business Drive Development) or TDD (Test Driven Development) 4.Someone who understands continuous automation 5.Can do scripting and write automated test scripts 6.Needs to know Agile and be a self-starter 7.NO working from home. Must be willing to live in Monroe. *GENERAL LEAD TEST RESPONSILIBITIES:* This position will be responsible for all types of testing including System test, Intersystem Test, Automation Test and E2E test. This position will also provide estimations for testing activities; provide expert technical direction, test planning and design for complex systems , and collaborate with various teams across IT and the business. AGILE SCRUM TEAM MEMBER DESCRIPTION: The lead team member will be in charge of providing guidance for data creation, test case/acceptance test design, test execution, framework design/improvements, automation and environment set up. The team member is part of the planning meetings for release plans, scrum of scrums and identifying tasks. The lead team member will also assist then product owner with the creation of acceptance criteria for each user stories, help the product owner providing guidance from a QA perspective regarding standards, user experience, system performance, non-functional user stories and defects. Lastly, the team member is responsible for demonstrating completed user stories to the product owner. *Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field equivalent experience (5 to 10 years relevant test experience). Experience in JAVA, C, C++ and SQL, test automation tools - Selenium, UFT (formerly Quick Test Pro), etc. Experience in test designer processes and methods. Experience in agile methodologies.
