*Duration - 6 months* *Responsibilities** –* • Lead and manage complex projects and its delivery through the initiation, planning, execution, control and closing phases for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Cloud computing apps. • Drive the successful delivery of a solution which meets the business needs. • Responsible for leading and managing CRM projects from both business and IT perspective. • Manage project scope, requirements, integrated schedules, critical path, time, cost, quality, staff, risk, budgets, procurement, status, integration, and communication. • Use approved enterprise project management tools which lead to improved cost control (Microsoft Project Server, time tracking, cost benefit analysis, estimation tools, etc.) • Identify and document lessons learned and improvement recommendations for application in future projects. • Produce project plans for simple to large, complex project. • Provide status reports to stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure stakeholders are kept appropriately informed and that there is adequate record of meetings and decision making. Manages the implementation of appropriate project information systems, which include status reporting, progress reporting and forecasting. • Track project financials and produce reports to show progress against budget. • Collaborate with the project team leads and Business partner teams to ensure that a Cost Benefit Analysis is implemented with quality, socialized, and that all costs are being recorded and correctly tracked. • Ensure SFDC quarterly upgrades and patches are managed and notified to all users. • Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for the project (storing all project artifacts in Central repository) both sustained and minor enhancement activities. • Analyze project metrics to ensure quality. E.g. metrics such as earned value analysis. *Qualifications** –* • BS/BA degree • Minimum 4 years experience leading large, complex projects • Verifiable experience managing a full lifecycle SalesForce.com or other CRM implementation within the past 4 years • Deep knowledge of CRM operations, technology, organizational structure and business processes • SFDC Certified Administrator(CONS201 or ADM201) is preferred. • Knowledge of Salesforce.com solution base, content management tools collaboration cloud(chatter), CTI/IVR implementation, Chat on cloud platform is a big plus • Demonstrates capability to get results in a complex, often ambiguous environment • Establishes trust and credibility at all levels of the organization • Strong understanding of solution development methodologies • Experience managing a cross-functional teams composed of both internal and 3rd-party resources as well as resources distributed across multiple geographic locations • Good understanding of Configuration Vs Customization options in SFDC. • Scrum Master - Ability to run Agile projects -- Thanks & Regards Divyansh Kumar divyan...@vbeyond.com VBeyond Corporation *YM*: dsingh1324 | *Gtalk*: dsingh1.tekshap...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
