Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Multiple locations
Duration: 6 month contract with strong possibility of extension

Pay Rate: DOE


Job Description:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical Workday consultant to
join a high performing, fast-paced team.

In this role the successful candidate will:
• Assist with data cleanup, extraction and load and data validations for
Workday (as needed)
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and
integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process
improvement.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Workday core compensation set up and
configuration
• Liaise with internal departments and Third-Party service providers
• Working closely with implementation partner and functional process lead,
support implementation of Workday Core Compensation
• Works under general direction from immediate manager.


Required skills and experience:

1. Knowledge of workday reporting concepts, including knowing the types of
reports that Workday can developer, and WD fundamentals. Recent experience
with Workday.
2. Logical reporting skills, especially being able to understand HR trends
within the company. Analytical skills. (Less mechanical skills).
3. Experience with BI tools, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
4. Individual who has beginning to mid-level workday skills and is willing
to learn more about workday and adjust to the company’s practices with
Workday
