*Need USC or GC Only* *Position : Sr. QA Analyst* *Location : Phoenix, AZ* *Duration : 5 Months contract * *Rate : $50hr CTC* *POSITION PURPOSE:* Provides leadership and expertise on complex test projects to test teams, including: Planning, driving, managing, and coordinating testing activities through all phases of the software development lifecycle. *PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* -Analyzes testability of requirements -Designs and prepares test strategy & approach, testing metrics and other testing artifacts - Creates test cases based on requirements and conducts reviews with development team/business users. - Prioritizes and executes functional tests and regression tests -Reports defects, raises issues or concerns to project team -Creates and maintains quality assurance standards and processes - Monitors common business specific quality measurement frameworks and tracks improvement against predefined metrics -Plans and deploys software testing and project management processes based on the current methodologies of the company -Creates and monitors quality assurance related activities at both the program and project level -Assesses risk to quality based upon results of verification and validation -Reports software defects; raises issues/concerns regarding issue prioritization -Coordinates activities across multiple teams, including but not limited to development and project management *QUALIFICATIONS:* - Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology related field or equivalent experience and or training. - *4+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance (SQA)* - Testing tools experience (Microsoft Test Manager, Rally, HP ALM, SQL, Etc.) - Experience with web service testing (*SoapUI, SOAtest*) - Strong software analysis skills - Advanced understanding of Quality Management and “best practices” with regard to testing techniques, methodologies, processes, tools, artifacts, and measurement - Thorough knowledge of Agile software development - Solid understanding of relational databases - Advanced abilities with use of reference materials and other resources to complete tasks - Strong customer service focus - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Airline experience – a plus *Thanks and Regards,* *Ishant* Sr. IT Recruiter Technocraft Solutions LLC 3974 Brown Park Drive, Suite F Hilliard, Ohio-43026 *Email*: *ish...@technocraftsol.com* <ish...@technocraftsol.com> *Contact*: *(972)2324173 Ext 113* *Yahoo ID / Gmail ID*: *ishant.technocraft* Technocraft Solutions |www.technocraftsol.com |www.xdimensiontech.com *Partner with XDimension Technology* *Note: Technocraft Solutions LLC works with Direct Client’s and Preferred Vendors Nationwide. * *Your confirmation would means that you understand the level of Technocraft Solutions LLC association for the mentioned project and will not approach Technocraft Solutions LLC Client directly* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
