*Duration::: 3+ months Contract * Here are the details : The Client has the need to enhance several access-controlled web applications that function as collaboration websites for one of our federally-sponsored research programs. We seek a seasoned user experience designer/developer to help with re-designing and re-developing the user interface portion of the project including adding a workflow component. The User Interface (UI) Web Designer/Developer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing the front end user interface sections of web applications. The position will focus on improving the intuitiveness and appearance of an existing suite of web applications and will collaborate with existing software engineers as well as internal and external project team members to gather requirements, design, and implement the improvements. This includes responsibility for effectively presenting information and responding to questions from non-technical clients as well as technical peers. *Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, computer science, or related field.
