SAP Materials Management Module Expert, Required SAP Plant Maintenance Module Expert, Required Key Work Areas / Scope: • Take the lead in the creation of training modules and creation of quick reference and assessment tools for Finance using On Demand software, Computer Based Training tools. • Deliver training in a variety of locations around the world • Provide go-live training to supplement warranty support • Liaise with Core Team and field personnel as needed to help coordinate field and HQ training • Confirm role mapping appropriate to training plan and attendees • Track training development and delivery schedule progress against milestones • Assist in development of training stewardship reports for Project Management and Team leaders • Ensure arrangement of logistics for training, workshops and other major events • Capture and report training feedback • Capture and report results of Competency Assessments Skills and knowledge required: • Experience with SAP R3 Procurement and Payables for the Upstream • Knowledge and understanding of *ExxonMobil Financial systems*, best practices in PtP-Payables • Self starter with strong comprehension and analytical skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Very competent use of On-Demand software, SAP blue print database, Share Point, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel • Proactive, well-organized, able to multitask • Able to work independently in the execution of daily tasks • Experienced in scheduling and agenda plan Shailaja Aim Computer Consulting N.
