The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively project teams to design solutions customized for client needs including, but not limited to; •Conceptualize and Design Technical and Integration architecture for CRM Online 2015 •Assist with a data migration strategy •Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions. •Perform installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation and support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. •Manage project scope, timeline and project deliverables with assistance of a project manager. •Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
