*Job Description:*
• Expert in business objects bo xi r3/r4 product suite
• 5+ years in business objects universe design and report development,
implementation, and support
• In-depth understanding and implementation experience with advanced
business objects concepts
• Fluency with rdbms preferably oracle & sybase iq both transactional and
warehouse designs, particularly the nuances of business objects in working
with different database implementations
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in
financial services
• A technical degree (preferably computer science)
• Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Personally motivated to build state-of-the-art software
• Ability to work independently and a team player who openly shares
knowledge for the benefit of the entire team
• Understanding of credit risk is a plus
• Fluency with rdbms's (preferably sybase or oracle)
• Strong sql development and query tuning skills
• Experience with solutions involving very large data sets
• Converting business requirements into universe design specifications and
data flows.
• Performing reporting using business objects web intelligence tools
against centralized data warehouses
• Participate in functional discussions, design and develop the universe
and bo reports according to the requirements.
• Navigate oracle and sybase iq application constructs. perform data
mapping and dimensional modeling for reporting requirements. perform
design, development and testing using bo xi r3/r4.
