You will be working with and training/mentoring a group of world class engineers who are open minded, want to hear new ideas and willing to go the extra mile to bring those ideas to bear.” The client basically has a legacy healthcare system that loads data with Oracle and PL/SQL. They realized it does NOT scale so they need to implement Big Data. They are going to be building a test environment to make this happen. *Original WANTS:* *Must have* *1. **Cascading (or Apache Crunch) and Hadoop* 2. JUnit but prefer any BDD framework experience like JBehave or Spock 3. SQL 4. Prior experience building ETL *Nice to have* 1. Scalding - if more people are interested in working on scalding over cascading we can look into it 2. Hive 3. Tez 4.
